CA Vishal Kumar Daga qualified as a chartered accountant in 2010 by passing all levels of
the CA exams in first attempt. He had completed his graduation from St. Xavier’s College,
Kolkata. He has also Completed DISA.
Immediately after qualification he was welcomed as partner at V. Singhi & Associates,
Chartered Accountants which was the firm where he completed his training as an article.
As a partner he was involved in the complete establishment of the firm’s branch office at
Delhi. His major responsibilities included:
• Representation of matters before the Company Law Board;
• Representation of matters upto the Commissioner of Income Tax;
• Supervision of the internal audit of clients from manufacturing sector and legal firm;
• Conducting various types of audits of various organizations like Non-Banking
Financial Companies, KPO Companies, Manufacturing Industries like Textile, Yarn and
Pumps, Fitness and Spa.
• Forensic Audit of branches of a leading pharmaceutical industry located outside India;
• Internal audit of clients from agro-based industry, manufacturing industry, training and
coaching centres;
• Business Valuations and presentation of related reports;
• Opinion on matters relating to Company Law and Income Tax.
He is an active member of Association of Corporate Advisers and Executives and various
study circles of EIRC.

CA Rinku Daga qualified as a chartered accountant in 2011 by passing all levels of the CA
exams in first attempt. She is a qualified Company Secretary and has been a rank holder in
CS Examination. She has also received scholarship from the ICSI. She is a dynamic and out
of box thinker. Her strength lies in depth analysis, exposure towards a variety of sectors.
Post qualification she worked with M/s P/K. Saha & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
During the tenure of her service and thereafter as Proprietor of R Daga & Company she was involved in :
• In service tax compliance check of clients from various sectors like Real estate, Port,
Nationalised Banks, Television ,Film & Entertainment Industry, Health Care Sector, Mining
Industry, etc
• Representation of matters up to the Commissioner of Service Tax;
• Review of the compliance under the Central Excise Act and Rules of manufacturing
industries;
• Preparation of appeals, opinions and replies for show cause notices;
• Incorporation of Companies under Companies Act, 2013;
• Documentation and Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 including rights issue and
preferential issue;
